Both. Your program is built based on your onboarding screening and weekly data. Total beginners get a foundational hypertrophy block; advanced clients get periodized strength + recomp work. Same coaching, different prescriptions.

How much time does it require per week?

Plan on 3–5 hours of training (you pick the days), 15 minutes of meal planning, and 20 minutes for your weekly check-in. That's it.

What if I'm traveling or have weeks off?

You get hotel/bodyweight versions of every workout. We adjust your macros for travel weeks. Life happens — the program flexes around it.

What's the refund policy?
